This notice applies to aggregate traffic measurement and to product-selection, business-cooperation or technical-support inquiries submitted through the CKEY website.
Information we collect
The inquiry form may collect your name, company, business email, phone number, product interests, project and duty details, language, destination market and other information you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information to respond, assess product fit, prepare technical or commercial discussions and maintain necessary inquiry records. Please do not submit unrelated sensitive personal information.
Aggregate traffic measurement
We count page views (PV) and aggregate them by site market, page category, normalized source name and country/region. The service edge temporarily uses a network address to derive country/region, but the raw address, full referring URL, device identifier and browser fingerprint are not written to the analytics database. We do not use analytics cookies and do not calculate unique visitors (UV). Refreshes and repeat visits may be counted again.
Sharing and international handling
For an international inquiry, relevant CKEY commercial, engineering or authorized service personnel responsible for the market may access the information. We do not sell personal information; necessary service providers may process it to support the inquiry.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, meet business obligations and maintain necessary records. Access controls, encrypted transport and least-privilege practices are used to reduce unauthorized access risk.
Your choices
Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, or to withdraw future contact. A request may be limited by applicable law and necessary business-record requirements.
