Our Development

From gear pumps, CKEY expanded into planetary reducers, off-highway axles, wet brakes, agricultural drivetrain components and international markets.

1983

High-pressure gear-pump development began at the third workshop of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Axle & Transmission Factory.

1986

Xuzhou High-Pressure Gear Pump Factory was established.

2001

The business was restructured as Xuzhou Keyuan Hydraulic Co., Ltd.

2003

Planetary reducers were developed for domestic mobile cranes.

2007

Operations moved to a 50-mu site in Tongshan New District.

2009

Off-highway axles were developed for rigid dump trucks.

2011

A 200-mu reducer project started construction and entered production the following year.

2014

Wet brakes and wet drive axles extended the portfolio into mining machinery.

2019–2025

Agricultural components, exports, material handling and heavy-AGV applications were expanded.

Purchasing & Technical FAQs

These answers help OEM and project teams prepare product-selection, sample-validation and volume-supply discussions. FAQs are maintained by language and market.

Send your requirements

What information is needed for product selection?

Please provide the machine type, duty cycle, working pressure, flow, speed or torque, installation space, interface dimensions, and any existing model or drawing. Complete inputs help us review the application efficiently.

Can samples be tested before a production order?

Sample availability, test conditions and fit verification can be discussed for the specific product and project stage. Please share target parameters, machine information and expected volume for an initial review.

Do you support application-specific development?

CKEY can support product-selection reviews and application discussions for hydraulic and drivetrain components. Custom work requires agreement on operating limits, interfaces, validation criteria and project timing.

How are lead time and volume supply confirmed?

Lead time depends on the model, quantity, technical status, material preparation and validation requirements. A production and delivery plan is confirmed after the requirement has been reviewed.

Are quality and production records traceable?

ERP and finished-product traceability support records for process materials, batches, assembly and shipment. The exact traceability scope is confirmed according to the product and project requirements.

How can I request drawings and technical data?

Tell us the product category, model or target machine and provide a valid contact method. Relevant parameters and technical documents can then be shared according to the selection and project discussion.
